Ingredients: Organic Desi Ghee, Raw Wildflower Honey, Organic Chyawanprash, Organic Ginger, Pure Turmeric, Organic Shatavari, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic Coconut Milk Powder (4 oz glass jar)

Tips for best preparation: this Golden Tonic base has the consistency of thick honey/ghee. For best preparation, use it either as a base for a milky latte or dissolve in hot water and enjoy as a tea/herbal tonic. For a milky latte, place 1-2 tablespoons of the Golden Tonic base at the bottom of a mug. Warm your desired milk and pour over the tonic base. Whisk vigorously until fully incorporated and enjoy. Can be topped with frothed milk as well.
